Pet Foster App serves as a platform to facilitate communication and coordination between shelters and foster caregivers. The app does not supervise, verify, or guarantee the behavior, credibility, or actions of any users, nor the condition or characteristics of any pets listed. All interactions, agreements, and responsibilities including the care and placement of animals are solely between the shelter and foster users. Pet Foster App assumes no liability for disputes, damages, injuries, losses, or communications of any kind that occur as a result of using the app.

The Pet Foster App is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. If we discover that an account has been created by a user under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete the account and associated data without notice.
3. No Child-Directed Use
The Pet Foster App is not designed for use by children and does not target or knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has accessed the app, please contact us immediately.
